Why are 99% of angels in art portrayed as Reubenesque  women who look all weepy- or as chubby kids? Biblically, they are referred to in a masculine way and usually present themselves looking like males. In many cases, the first thing out of their mouths is: "fear not!"  Whats to fear about those anemic- looking wimpy gals, or fat babies?

As I walked around Matt and Chrystal Marks' home last Monday following the devastating "microburst" that completely destroyed it -- I was fully aware of just how important it is to be prepared for emergencies in today's world!  Their whole house was destroy with  the only part of the roof remaining was over their bedroom where they were sound asleep!  What can I say -- the Lord was with them.  Neither they nor their pets were harmed.  They had their 3-day emergency pack good to go!  Do you?  They are claiming Romans 8:28 knowing and they have been able to

How many times have you missed the boat because you just didn't listen, or were a day late and a dollar short, maybe the wrong place at the wrong time? Sure, we have all been there a few times. Where is your relationship with God? Are you reading His word? How's your prayer life? Do the words "thank you Lord" fall into yor prayers and communication with Him? Ever wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep? I found that it is often a good time to pray or read His word.

Dear Church family, I have been so busy that I have not been able to get to a computer to report in. I am now in the office printing pictures of the over 100 kids that are here for the "Kids Camp." Carole, once again, and put together a camp that has the message of salvation laced throughout and the bright eyes of the little ones as they pray to recieve Jesus into their hearts is overwhelming! Everyone is doing above and beyond expectations.

While Obama canceled the National Day Of Prayer, he is seen at an Islamic parish praying to Allah. As a conservitive believer and Christian, I am deeply affended by Obama's cancellation of that national day.

I got a very surprising e-mail today in the morning... President Obama cancels National Day of Prayer, declared unconstitutional. Are you serious?? God continues to be kicked out of more places. First the schools, now American leaders are quickly erasing all traces of the founding fathers. Some schools's textbooks won't even mention about the first Presidents or what our nation started as.

Wow Happy After Easter To Everybody! =] I hope everyone had a blessed Day with there family and loved ones. I had a wonderful time with my Fiance and family! Luckily I had the Sunday off, and Denny was able to trade to an earlier shift! I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know that sure, the food and the candy is good and wonderful, but Easter is Jesus and Jesus is Easter. Denny was Cleaning up the Easter candy Isle at work, and he noticed that not one piece or package of candy or toys had the bible on it, or a simple cross, or even anything holly or spiritual!
