 Dear church members and guests! It's almost time for our Brazil Mission Team to take their journey to Brazil this year! Just in time for that, a special dedicated website was created to track the progress of the team. This website will always be accessible from the very top of the website, in the yellow announcement banner, and the community board will have a discussion topic, along with the address of the site. Oh and check out last year's site to see and feel the adventure of last year's trip! We hope to see encouraging messages, and prayers for our Brazil Team!! Enjoy the site, and God bless our Brazil Mission Team Members, in Jesus name.
Very soon, the Church will launch a 2008 Brazil Mission Trip Website. It will look very similar to last year's site. We will feature up to the minute news from Pastor Steve, and the Brazil Team. You will be able to sign a guestbook to encourage the brave members! We are excited for the team! And by the way the Pizza Hut fund raiser was a success! That building was packed with the warriors of God! Thanks for your support. This will change real lives! Other News: Community Board - Your comments and prayers in our Community Forum are very important and appreciated. We have many people request prayer for some very personal, and heartbreaking problems. These people are relying on us. Your responses are very vital, and make a world of a difference. In the last few weeks, we worked very hard to keep our Church website beautiful, but also useful, and up to date as much as possible. Although it's a constant job to do so, we made a lot of progress! To keep things very simple, just look at the new features below!

Now Find Church Events Faster Than Ever: Web coordinators/administrators Denny K., Gwen H., and Youth Pastor Wade K., have rolled out publicly, a new Calendar system here at the Church. Way to go team! Now find out what's going on here at the Vineyard faster than ever before. Integrating Google Calendar, which is accessible anywhere in the world, enables V.L.C. Church leaders, and Pastors to post events in 'real-time', from any computer in the world, no matter where they are! So if you're wondering what special events, or activities that are going on soon, go to the Calendar! Located in the navigation menu, to the left. Happy snow day! Here are some updates and news for you: Successful Launch: Wow, just a few weeks ago we launched our website, and we received 400+ hits! But the hits don't matter so much. What's more important is our members, and making sure we all love, and take care of each other, and continue improving our lives through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We encourage you to set our website as your daily home for inspiration, daily devotions, news, weekly sermons, and of course staying connected with our members through the Community Board. Community Board: We are very happy about the community board. So far the participation has been awesome. What an amazing privilege it is to post prayer requests, and minister to those who are hurting. Amazing! We hope you take part in participating in our Community Board, and hope it helps you in your needs. God hears, and sees your prayers. Our Community Spotlight - Section Launched: Pastor Steve thought it was a great idea to have this section on our homepage. The purpose of it is simply to unite our church members, and the residents of Licking County together, especially in such critical times. It will serve as inspiration, and encouragement. UPDATE SUBMITTED - 8:34PM Financial Workshops: Hello members, and guests! Pastor Steve would like everyone to know about the "Vineyard of Licking County Financial Workshops" that are available, starting in March. They will take place on Saturdays, and cover a variety of topics such as money addictions. At the bottom of this news post, click the download link to open up the official flyer. Charles Holmes leads the workshop, so for more information, contact our Church office at (740) 364-1750, and leave us a message for Charles, with any questions. UPDATE - 8:34PM: Brazil Team News: The Brazil Team will be having a Pizza Hut fund raiser on: February 18th from 5 PM to 8 PM in the evening. Dear guests and members, don't be surprised about the new look of our website! It's been in the works for a while. Pastor Steve will introduce all the members about the website soon, but if you stumbled before the announcement, then read on! Besides the new look, the goal of our website re-launch was to simplify the website in less sections so that it's easy to navigate, make a layout that makes it pleasing to visit everyday, and most of all, to increase communication with our Church members, and the rest of the World! You will now find the "Community Forum", which is a discussion board where you can register, and post your thoughts with others, and have conversations about anything, or send out prayer requests. Also we now feature a LIVE Guestbook, where you can leave us a "hello", or offer prayer requests, shout outs, or anything else on your heart. At Vineyard we value communication, and that is why for the last 5 months, we've worked hard to make that possible. How's that for a small town church!
